Cambodia on Discovery Channel soon…
The first episode on the worldwide Discovery Channel of an all-new season of Josh Gates' #ExpeditionUnknown is being screened today. Josh has once again been embarking on all manner of thrilling adventures, aiming to uncover a variety of mysteries with his signature brand of wit, wisdom, and charm across eight episodes. I posted the video trailer a few hours ago, which includes a few snippets from the two-weeks Josh and his American crew of twelve spent in Cambodia at the end of last year. But the trailer barely scratches the surface of his visit to Cambodia where Josh works to unearth a long-buried temple at Koh Ker, and joins the fight to bring the looted treasures of the Khmer Empire back to where they belong. I’m looking forward to the Cambodia episode more than most as I was the local Fixer for the shoot at Angkor, Koh Ker, Siem Reap, Phnom Penh and points in-between. As soon as I know the date of the episode, I’ll let you know. In the meantime, here are a few screen-grabs from the trailer to whet your appetite.
